Most of the biological material on this planet is nonhuman. It is the most common type of biological material.
The same may be true of intelligence. We associate technology (which is also culture) with intelligence but for all we know there’s an octopus Einstein out there who has figured out the fundamental nature of reality by reasoning from first principles.
