Note: Not stable/suggested yet.
F-Droid emphasizes that it wants to ensure that the experience with it is as stable as possible, so version 1.19 isn’t marked as the suggested version yet
I do however like Droidify with Shizuku integration for this purpose!
Droidify has never ever even suggested me an update in the background. Like ever. The option is enabled in the settings. I always have to launch it manually and refresh to see new updates idk. FDroid app on the other hand works flawlessly, including the newest one.
Huh, maybe a battery optimization thing?
It may not be the suggested version, but it is quite stable as I have been using it since it was in early alpha and I have never seen it crash or any issues.
Why would you title it a “trick”? Inappropriate term.
now supports the unattended updates API introduced in Android 12
Hardly a trick if you use a standard API.
It’s just a phrase.
Yeah it really is a click bait title . I bet google playstore invented back ground download (if it really is i’m fucked but pretty sure its not).
which is why I changed the title :)
This is pretty cool.
