    “We’re continually working to keep Phone (2) at the top of its game. So we’ve listened to your latest feedback on your software experience and have responded with our next update.”

    They make it sound as if they did you a great favour by releasing this update but:

    1. You paid over €600 for this device so it should get updated if there are issues. It’s expected.

    2. By fixing the issues and improving the product they will get better reviews and more customers, so this is something they have to do for their own sake anyway…

    It’s great that they update it but leave out the silly paragraph pretending you did the user some great favour…
