Conspiracy theory: Barbra Streisand is actually plotting her own kidnapping, not to sway the election, but to detach her name from the “Barbra Streisand Effect” and send googlers to articles about her plight. Prediction: everybody figures out the truth and it only makes her situation worse, reinforcing her connection to the eponymous effect.

Disney on Ice and later Frozen were the subjects of conspiracy theories that Disney produces ice themed media specifically to influence what comes up if you search anything related to Disney and Ice or Disney Frozen.

The reason they are allegedly doing this is because what they don’t want people to get results for is the theory that Walt Disney’s frozen head is kept in a vault by the company for some nebulous yet certainly nefarious purpose.

So apparently, the heritage foundation held a seminar where they ran various Scenarios , like in a war room, and one of the scenarios entailed Barbara Streisand being kidnapped to sway the election and all sorts of batshit crazy stuff.

      https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/article/2024/jul/12/heritage-foundation-mike-howell-election

The document with it’s horrible URL escaped after the edit

Mike Howell, executive director of the Oversight Project at the Heritage Foundation, made the comments at an event in Washington sharing the results of a hypothetical exercise mapping out several implausible scenarios that could take place after the election. The outlandish scenarios involved Barbara Streisand being kidnapped by Hamas, antifa-BLM protesters taking over a detention facility and the FBI arresting Donald Trump after winning the election.

The effort was designed to muddy the waters over the threat to the 2024 election posed by Donald Trump, who has repeatedly refused to commit to accepting the election results and tried to overturn the 2020 vote. Instead, the Heritage Foundation, which is also behind the extreme Project 2025, wanted to suggest that it was Joe Biden who could try to overturn the result of the election, echoing the ex-president’s repeated claims that it is actually Biden who is the threat to democracy.

The fact they probably put that conclusion out thinking of Biden refusing to let Trump be president again because he actually just lost again despite all the shouting “RIGGED!” really really hard.

This is hilarious (and depressing) but I’ve had a hard time verifying any of the Heritage memes. Does someone have a good source?
