It is however in the AUR - https://aur.archlinux.org/packages?O=0&SeB=nd&K=thunderbird-bin&outdated=&SB=p&SO=d&PP=50&submit=Go Do you have an AUR helper such as yay or paru installed?

in a terminal
sudo pacman -Syu
Followed by
sudo pacman -S thunderbird
You can skip the first command if you did that recently.
I haven’t seen version 115 yet in the Arch repos. Does Manjaro have it yet?

If the Arch repos don’t have it yet, it’s not in Manjaro then either.
