I think the confusion comes from the fact that JD Vance isn’t actually a couch fucker. So this has a mix of real valid criticism and made up meaningless criticism. As the result, one might interpret it as somebody saying Trump isn’t all those things, because “it’s made up like the second half of the sentence”.
