Once upon a time, ripcord was my favorite to use, unfortunately its been dead and dormant for over 2 years now. Id love to know if anybody knows any similar client (for example: be it in having custom design, or being super lightweight)

Yeah think so but with extra privacy hardening features and especially useful Screensharing on Wayland! I don’t know if there is an alternative to it for Screensharing on wayland
