Serbia is relatively easy to emigrate to. Getting a passport is not that big of a deal there.
It is even easier if you are a crminal. Just pay where needed and you’ll never get extradited.
I’ve heard it’s a very unsafe place, from a friend of a friend who lives near Novi Sad.
You could hear that America is a dangerous place from a friend in Detroit, or parts of California, or anywhere that recently had a mass shooting.
I’m sure Serbia has nice places and not nice places, like almost every country.
