He has super broad appeal with none of the weird hangups other heroes might have. And I’m not even talking just Marvel. I literally can’t think of a more popular superhero. Maybe Batman or Superman, at some point, but I don’t think anyone else comes close. Marvel alone? Maybe Wolverine?
