They use React Native in a bunch of things, including in Office, the Xbox app, and some of the apps that ship with Windows. They have a lot of apps written in C++. They have some Electron apps too. They have web apps using React, some using Angular, and some using custom frameworks.
meanwhile microsoft themselves migrate away from that in favor of chromium/electron in Teams, Outlook and whatever else they ship
