I found a Times of Israel article from a few days ago, they’re kind of a mouthpiece for the Israeli government so I wouldn’t trust them to accurately report on anything that might make Israel look bad but it seems like they’re basically echoing the OP

Very biased source but to be honest, they’re right that Iran trains and finances Hamas. I’m not sure how that might lead to a prosecution of Iran for genocide though. Could the UK, US etc be found guilty of genocide because we finance and supply Israel? That’s a genuine question by the way, I honestly don’t know.
None of this detracts in any way from the genocidal statements made by Israeli gvmt ministers about nuking and starving out Palestinians though.
