It’s an a diversion, media and people are focusing on that when there’s much more pressing stuff that needs to be taken care of.

I don’t get it, my girlfriend only uses video calls with her family… If you want to do a video call with me you better warn me, meanwhile it’s like any other phone call to them except that when they’re driving they panic and find somewhere to pullover to take their call instead of using the car’s phone functions!
Had a lady scream at me because I passed her while jogging and she was “having a private conversation”… On speakerphone… On the street…
That’s what I keep telling delayers who always say that China pollutes so much it’s not worth doing any effort without them. The day that the Chinese government decides to go green it will be done in a matter of years, the day that the US decides to go green it will be done in a matter of decades.
Are you building your powerplant offshore as well? Financial resources are one thing (although loans are a thing), but let’s not pretend that both things employ the same human resources and are built in the same place, there would be very little competition as the specializations aren’t the same.
But again, and you’re saying it yourself, it’s because she was his wife, he wouldn’t have killed a woman colleague or his sister and there’s a term for that, it’s just not as well known.
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Uxoricide
If a woman kills her husband we call it a mariticide, not a masculinicide…
Or you can just disable RCS and solve the issue for yourself
I’ve been using it for years to chat with people on a bunch of different carriers… Seems like carrier incompetence, not Google’s fault
Around here they’ve started calling all cases of men killing their wife a feminicide and it bothers me as those men (in most cases) wouldn’t have killed any woman, just this one in particular because it was their wife and had they been gay they would have killed their husband instead, not any man…
The people building those wind turbines wouldn’t be the same as the ones building the nuclear reactor though and they don’t use all the same resources to build either. You’re talking like they’re building those things by only using local resources. All the pieces of those wind turbines could come from various European countries (guess you’ve never seen a blade being transported) and only the concrete ground anchor would be made locally. In the meantime you’ve got completely different contractors providing the parts necessary for the nuclear reactor and workers with different training assembling/building the thing.
People can walk and chew bubblegum at the same time, crazy right?
Not that simple, no.

From the US you would need to be skilled in something that we need, otherwise you can start as a tourist for 6 months and you need to apply to stay longer. Just because you can support yourself (let’s say you work remotely for a US company while living in Canada) it doesn’t mean that you can stay just because you speak English.
You can’t apply for refugee status from the US to Canada anyway
And solar when you’re so far north is pretty stupid
And you think that just because they have something to help in 30 years they’ll sit there with a thumb up their ass and wait before doing anything else?
Never get involved in politics or management of any sort, thank you.
I’ve cancelled my subscriptions to only subscribe to the platforms owned by our national broadcaster even if there’s one of them I don’t watch any shows on, fuck those American platforms.
If they want to exempt overtime from taxes they can manage it however they want since it doesn’t make sense to exempt overtime from taxes in the first place.
Now as for what counts as overtime when we’re talking about when you start getting paid more for the time you’re working? That’s whenever you’re working more than you’re supposed to.
Which is why I said it only makes sense if it’s for the taxes thing, for everything else you should be paid overtime when you’re working more than you’re supposed to, there’s no questions there.
Full time in the US is 40h though so 160h every 4 weeks is full time work and any overtime would put you above 160h over 4 weeks… Outside of that then sure your employer should pay you overtime on a daily/weekly basis and not over 4 weeks, but if it’s only about taxes then whatever, it doesn’t make sense to not pay taxes on it anyway.
But wouldn’t wood that’s more dense absorb less water in the same amount of time though? Meaning that more dense wood would better resist the abuse of transport.
Because the training material it’s using is talking about it.
