i believe this is pretty accurate, not to say the US hasn’t been sponsoring dangerous cyber attacks though

that’s not going to work anymore, you need iot on the edge now
i don’t, l’ve met far too many
you know the brainworms have eaten their fill when even liberal instance lemmy.ml is shitting on you
im rubber you’re glue, whatever you say that i don’t like is russian propaganda
i knew the point was going to soar right over your head after the first two sentences
seriously… nafo troll shit only works on twitter because elon gives reach arounds to the MIC pigs, and even then its laughable
oops sounds like you should just fuck back off to reddit and/or parler where you came from
I’m interested in moving to DevOPS from it engineering/support roles but somehow I can’t seem to get anyone to take me seriously. How did you get into DevOPS?
I’m under 50 and I know Vi because it was always available on every Linux/BSD system i used from the day i discovered Linux up to now
i drive by that building all the time… i thought it was just a front cuz there’s never any cars in the parking lot
um… what kind of person uses an acronym over and over through a long ass article without ever stating what the fuck that acronym stands for?
i like to douse myself in mud, then slowly creep up on it from behind, taking extra care not to break any twigs or ruffle any leaves, then I grab it and hold on for the ride of my life
less about programming, more about programmers: just because you can code an app doesn’t mean you know jack shit about anything else… politics included
so many software engineers think they’re the only one who understands the world and that they are the one to have the final say in any discussion
i think that stems from their outrageous overpayment
it’s their marketing brains… believing hype and parroting buzzwords are mental shortcuts to never having to think for yourself and they prefer it that way
it does not
it’s even worse than the fingerprint reader… i can get it to unlock about 1/10 times
pixel 8 is underwhelming to say the least
that stupid widget they put on the main screen that you can’t remove, or move is absolutely the worst the fingerprint sensor is garbage compared to my S22, so many repeated attempts to unlock face unlock is absolute trash and almost never works adding a 2nd account on the phone and switching between the two causes the launcher to completely lock up necessitating in restarting the phone or switching back to the other account the picture quality is not on par with the S22, not by a long shot
i f’n hate samsung and all their bloatware so i made the jump back to pixel again and now i’m regretting it
ive never heard of anyone even getting a warning about hosting anything on a residential connection… many isps have verbiage about not doing it, but i don’t think any of them actually care because generally your upstream on a residential connection are so low it doesn’t matter if you saturate it often
