It’s not even about “liberalism” or “conservative” mentality. It’s just common sense really. How the fuck does homosexuals hurt you in any way? Nothing. They don’t hurt anybody. They cannot magically turn you gay, you are born gay - or not. That’s all. Now this will never stop being a thing. It was a thing 25,000 years ago, it will be a thing in 25,000 years from there, it’s a thing in the animal kingdom, it’s not a disease you can transmit, nobody ever turned gay at 40 years old like “sheesh fuck vaginas, I like penis now”. Like what the fuck? If you are against homosexuals, you are pretty much against whatever god your parents told you to believe in, because it’s natural. It’s a creation of said gods.

The more people figure that out, the faster we can actually focus on real issues that ARE actually affecting us all; economy, inflation, climate change, job crisis, pandemics, heat waves, hurricanes, healthcare, etc. THOSE ARE REAL CONCERNS IN THE REAL WORLD.

Yeah nah, pretty much everybody of importance left the platform quite some time ago actually. Twitter truly has turned to shit too. All you see in your feed is the same extreme-right propaganda we’ve seen for 4+ years since the pandemic. It’s just that now it’s boosted by Elon’s fuckery. Also, there’s a reason why they’re begging us to come back.

They created their own little echo chamber and now they have nobody to argue with. That’s what happen when a far-right social media is created usually. They realize they aren’t the powerhouse they thought they were and all of a sudden it’s just “uh, where is everybody?!?!?”

Tldr; the whole 6 first season they set up the table for some really juicy stuff and in the last season, some side quests were either ignored or fast-tracked to fit in 1/3 of an episode. Realistically, you had content for at least 3+ more seasons. But since GRR Martin is so slow to write his books (I don’t blame him, just pointing out the obvious), the producers of the show had to cut corner and take huge liberties that didn’t make any sense

Yeah I feel like Kbin will be the main hub for the Great Reddit Migration. Even tho it isn’t as popular as Lemmy, as you said, it’s pretty recent and growing fast. The interface is, IMO, much more user-friendly than Lemmy tho.

But it’s a matter of taste and opinion, at the end of the day, I don’t care because I can access all the posts from both federation(?)
