From what I understand, the pension is one of the biggest concerns the union has. The method to vote its removal is scummy to say the least. Vote took place on Christmas break, where Boeing gives employees two weeks off with skeleton crew keeping the lights on, knowing no one would be there to vote against its repeal. They’ve been offered a 401k in return but want their pension back. That info comes from a 15 year employee part of the union but take it with a grain of salt.
Obviously there’s a ton of other issues ICs want to be addressed that don’t revolve around share prices. This is just one I keep hearing and the feelings of betrayal and resentment are palpable when I hear someone talk about it. They also complain about the union leader who uses his friend lawyer to negotiate against a team of corporate lawyers but that’s heresay.
Well they did, to many people via foia. Here’s the full video with context.
Imo, Hill is not innocent in this but the officer came in way to hot. It turned from a rich asshole pulled over to rich asshole football player getting pulled over and ended with a ticket and a show. Hill didn’t initially pull over, was speeding (55 in a 40), gave the cops a hard time and refused to get out of his car when asked. He comments he has a 9mm in the car too but that’s pretty irrelevant I think as the cops didn’t know that till he stated it when he was on the curb already.
The cop, as usual, escalated at every opportunity, actively threatened every one there, clearly on a power trip till he figured he was going to lose.
I will say one more thing, the entitlement of the players there is disgusting. Neither party is a good group here but wealth prevails. “You know he plays for the dolphins, right?”

Edit: I might be wrong about the speed, he wasn’t charged with speeding. Also it looks like he did actually pull over when asked. Not sure if bike lights were on as audio was off
I’d count King country and Pierce country too /s
I just got the 24 street triple r, full tank costs me about $11. Best 2 hours of fun for $11, 100% agree with you
I totally agree with this, Lifx is my favorite brand. Remote access to turn on lights and adjust, themes seasonally, hub less, buuuttt not the cheapest but fair pricing. Their app always tries to get me to buy new items.
15 million in stocks that vest in 3 years plus his 1.4 million in base salary plus plus his 22 million in stock, which has admittedly taken a beating as of late.
I just got one of these recently too. What a dream!!! No more half the house on a single charge nonsense. No more proprietary garbage. Just makes sense
So we, as the bottom 90%, are going to see our share of that great economy? Like greedflation is going away, the wage stagnation will break without having having to go on strike, maybe some increased head count in qa across the board, fuck how about head count increases overall instead of operation at bare minimums.
Or… Will we instead see more stock buybacks, stock values go up, and no real changes in our lives. Government projects and social services continues to go under funded because of corporate tax loopholes and those at the top not paying their fair share since “unrealized capital”. And maybe some more war since that’s profitable. Man I’m pessimistic these days.
Edit: oh sorry I missed the part where she actually said… Prices won’t go down.
Maybe they’ll start investing in single family homes instead
Thank you for sharing this video. I watched it earlier this week and I had never known about this. Makes sense now, all the claims he’s made on air that 2020 was stolen and what steps he’s doing to play off that false belief. States who want to stop counting immediately or not accept mailed in ballots received after Nov 3rd are scarier now having watched this video.
I think another issue that plays off this concept as well is the media showing red/blue images of states giving a false representation that is populace overwhelmingly voted one way or the other. You know the one where the Midwest is entirely red and only a few states are blue. This feeds to this belief that the coastal elites disregard the true American families because there’s simply so much more red than blue.
