There were more respectful ways to word that headline but none more click-baity.

Self-centered and desperate for cash. His supporters think he’s a successful businessman, and it’s true because his business is taking supporters’ money. Win or lose, he can never stop campaigning.
I see no flaw in this argument. Instead of dying, the character exists like the guy from “One” by Metallica, desperately waiting for a stiff breeze to end his existence.
Kangol flat cap, gray. I alternate between that and a beige flat cap with a closer fit, which is the one that got me into flat caps.
If your blood plasma helps save somebody’s life, either directly as an infusion or indirectly in research, that’s not a scam. The monetary reward is compensation for time and an incentive to try to meet demand. The donation is free, but the time and energy required to make the donation are an expense. That’s what the compensation covers. It’s only a scam if your donation goes to feed a literal or wannabe vampire or their bathing fetish.
I do appreciate that he claims losers demand rematches without acknowledging that he is in a rematch after he lost 2020. Meanwhile, his wingman says celebrity billionaires should stay out of politics. Not a shred of self-awareness.
“Hanging himself with his own rope” is a funny saying. Imagine someone borrowing your rope to hang themself. “Sure, Don, you can borrow my rope.” Then you go to get your rope back. “Hey, Don! You done with my… nah, dude, that’s your rope. That’s not my rope. My bad.”
Do you think postal carriers work for free? Salaries, vehicle maintenance, keeping the lights on, etc, these are all real expenses.
He didn’t appoint himself to the job.
The key difference is the USPS is self-funded, so it does need to cover costs and maintain a reserve to cover downturns, which it could do by expanding into basic banking services, like check cashing, if DeJoy was not tasked with grinding the service down.
Again. He may lose again. He lost the popular vote twice. He will definitely lose it a third time, and he may lose the election again. “Again” needs to be emphasized because he’s going to keep trying and we must make sure he loses again.
Both.
Democrats support their own party leaders and vice versa. Republicans condemn their past leaders and support only Trump.
There are those who sing “I’m a creep, I’m a weirdo,” and those who claim to be “the opposite of weird.”
GWB is getting a boost from Liz Cheney and the other never-Trumpers because people buy into “the enemy of my enemy is my friend” mentality literally. They’re allies against a common foe, but they’re still vile, and the person who can remind us of that is Tim Walz
Walz took students to a campaign rally for then-President George W. Bush and watched as they were questioned by security because one had a John Kerry sticker on their wallet. After that, Walz volunteered for Kerry, retired from the National Guard after 24 years when Bush launched his illegal war, and beat the GOP incumbent for his seat. This one story told me everything I needed to know about Walz’s political origin and path, and reminds me that GWB deserves no fond nostalgia.
Yeah, it’s a side issue, but what else is Don-old supposed to talk about? How he made Mexico pay for his big, beautiful wall?
Trump not being in my local news is yet another wonderful aspect of growing up in Hawaiʻi. My exposure to him was in tabloid entertainment news where he still belongs.
I’m old enough to remember when that was every day. Now we gotta wait for Don-old to kick the bucket (from natural causes, obviously) to bring those days back.
Adjectives are not nouns.
No, it applies to Americans voting in the territory’s election. Americans from States can vote absentee on their States’ ballots while living in U.S. Territories. A sailor from a State deployed to Guam can vote in the election of their State. But anyone voting in Guam’s election doesn’t have an option to vote for president.
