Marineverse has a VR sailing game that is so good NauticEd recommends it when you’re learning to sail and I found it to be a really great simulation when i played it.

it’s really easy to flip a giant 2 tortilla quesadilla by just sliding it into a plate and then inverting the pan over the plate for a second and then flipping both back over together. Is usually melted enough that you don’t have to touch the pan being a few inches up is fine.

You can really stuff em this way and if you’re cooking for a few people it goes twice as fast!

That’s why cops take your license back to their car to ‘run your license’ that means look up your status in the database to see if you’re actually licensed currently and if there are any warrants out for you!

You are conflating the license itself with the privilege to drive. The answer is you can suspend the driving privilege regardless of the current or past drivers license issuance. This would prevent any new license from being issued even if they were otherwise eligible. Happens if you get caught driving before you pass your driving test all the time.

I have driven many thousands of miles and my favorite place on the road is 100 yards behind a big rig that’s heading my way. i can zone out and safely follow and people rarely want the spot between you and the truck for long so you can just go hours keeping that square centered.

It’s even better at night when the trucks lights give you a nice preview of exactly how curvy the road is.

Eventually big guy takes an exit and i always send a grateful salute cuz following a big rig 100 yards back is better than cruise control imo.

this article about modern fishing blew my mind. There are ships that stay out there for YEARS fishing around the clock and then they send out other boats to unload and ferry the catch to shore. People end up in slavery on these ships with no way to escape, it’s wild.
