I have a fairly workload intense job and I’m happy with my pay. Of my 8 hour day I work pretty much all of it aside from running to the bathroom etc.

I’ve owned a ton of coffee gear through the years and will always have a comandante around. It’s my favorite hand grinder by far. You made a great purchase that will last you a long time.

I feel like I’ve been forced to switch a lot of my default applications lately based on shitty decisions from tone deaf companies. I guess I’m going to move from Brave to Firefox finally.

I use the Wilfa Uniform with V60 and April Brewer. My sweet spot is a 22 for a 1:15 ratio. If I’m doing a dense Ethiopian or something I’ll usually bump to a 24 or 25.

With regards to tasting like the coffee shop what kind of water are you using? Good coffee shops usually use perfectly tuned water vs what many people use at home. I’ve found that to be the biggest difference. I use GC water mixed into distilled water and it gets me much closer to what I’ve had at a coffee shop.
