“I didn’t vote for this!” - Every dumbass that voted for this.
“I didn’t vote for this!” - Every dumbass that voted for this.
The democrats are in on it too and it doesn’t matter how many candidates they have politically aligned with the public’s best interest. I keep saying this but the only way to break out of this loop is for both parties to split and take a large chunk of resources with them with they do. They also need to eliminate the “CEO” position for any party and all vote for the primary candidates instead of making arbitrary decisions. I get it, you need a leadership for housekeeping reasons, but the current RNC and DNC CEO’s are not at all about housekeeping for the greater good. All of it is lip service while they take tax-free “political contributions” from all those shady “SuperPACS” . This is all wishful thinking and I’m just hear along for the ride in the billionaire made hand basket to hell.
What’s all that aboot?
“Its job is to, obviously, decide cases, but in the course of that, check the excesses of Congress or of the executive, and that does require a degree of independence…”
He dropped this part “…while also living in excess from the various gifts received from friends of Congress or the Executive” .
I only get library or CostCo card info on my reader …
There’s no U in color. FIGHT ME!
Probably should read up on the gold standard and how the US got off it a long time ago.

Pepperidge Farms remembers!
By the way this is written, this sounds like a mini UN with a focus on judicial functions. Again, not trying to be a jerk here, there’s the UN that prosecutes war crimes through the national courts which all countries have agreed to participate through treaties. The document written in the link above even states the ICC is not meant to replace the national courts. It sounds like it doesn’t have the teeth like the national courts do anyway. I have the perception of theatrics here.
Legitimate question here: What jurisdiction does the ICC have? Seems like it just popped up over night and just issuing arrest warrants to make people feel better I guess. I don’t recall the US entering into an agreement to abide by the ICC or even recognize it. Wasn’t the the UN established to prosecute war crimes?
I can make it happen during a Steam summer sale 4 years later. Borderlands 3 wasn’t that great when you compare it to 1 and 2. I can wait.
Water is wet. Wasn’t this obvious when the DNC kingmakers, I mean, leadership decided to boot her out of a key committee position with a person that that could have passed for a republican and retired after getting the position? A poll was needed to see this?
BACK IN MY DAY! The original Nintendo games cost just about 70 to 80 adjusted to today’s inflation. But at least you got a cool instruction booklet you could read on the car ride home, the full bug-free game (most bugs were fun if you found some anyway), and you actually owned the game with no strings attached. You could actually trade the games with your friends. If they started packing goodies with the games like that again on top of owning the game outright without some kind of shady DRM or license agreement, then yes, 80 dollars could probably be justified. That’s where I was going with physical copies.
This is like when the music industry said CD’s should cost 40 to 50 dollars instead of 12 dollars. There was only one good song on most CD’s. Look where CD’s are now. I don’t see how they can justify 80 dollars a game when they don’t even make a physical copy anymore. It’s now just an SD card with a key on it. They’re still downloading the game itself from the internet.
Take your upvote and get out.
X Æ A-Xii . I could not resist. I apologize.
They absolutely have no fucking legs to stand on with the shitty deals they are cutting a cartel family to let them in the US They didn’t have legs before, or arms, or a god damn brain. Pretty much a potato but that’s an insult to potatos.
Well I tried. Seems like I’m getting a response from. someone who is offended at the idea of nuclear energy and now using feelings to make a statement. Fukushima was hit by a massive earthquake and tsunami and it didn’t go critical like Chernobyl. Again, renewables are a great idea until you have to scale in massive countries. This is why China has started up Thorium reactors and aggressively going after fusion. They have massive solar plants too! And yes, there are plans for idiots to start up new coal plants in the US, because they’re idiots.
I will never, ever understand that logic. You had a choice, you made the wrong decisions, now own it. The more you justify saying that somehow orange turd mcgee was a better option makes you look like such a damn fool. And yes you said it by your action of “protest voting”. You had infinitely more opportunities to protest and affect change if Kamela was elected. Now all of your opportunities are actively being removed and the people you wanted to save are going to be exiled for a new golf course because a lot of you of “moral high ground” contributed to this bleak future. Good job.
