That’s because the ones acting in bad faith got exactly what they wanted, and are on on to a new project. They aren’t going to keep asking for Biden to step aside when he already has.

¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I don’t really care if they got what they wanted when the result is that way more voters are way more hyped about voting against Trump. The people who were convinced Biden was destined to be re-elected if he went up against Trump again were delusional and putting way more people at risk by demanding everyone shut up, fall in line, and be grateful they were giving us a not-Trump to vote for.

The same ones who prevented Trump from winning were operating in bad faith? Seriously… it was the Democrats complaining saying he should step down. Why on earth would Democrats want Republicans to pick a new candidate now? Do you thinking helping Republicans somehow helps your side?

I can’t speak for everyone, but why exactly would I care about Trump’s age? It’s certainly a liability for him, but I was never going to vote Republican anyway, whereas my likelihood of voting Democrat has only risen now that Joe has stepped down. Why on earth would I want to potentially inspire Republicans to start pushing for a more competent candidate who might have a better chance of being elected, while also beingore competent and able to do more harm if they were to win?

For media outlets reporting on this, sure, but I think you’re being overly general when talking about individual voters expressing reservations about the candidate being pushed by the party they will, in all likelihood, wind up voting for.
