Like surely no one would think its a good idea to post on social media that you are firing your stressed employees to make a ‘supportive’ workplace. That makes no sense. So yeah, the explanation is bad - but I don’t think its untrue. It’s just that the original post was a bad idea.

I fail to see how getting fired because you said your work environment was stressful is a benefit. Losing your income is a significant stressor.
Or even not getting fired, but seeing your coworkers being fired for that. Sure whole departments are going to be stressed now.
