Turns out, there’s no such thing. The type of people that seek out these types of roles are just looking for an excuse to shoot someone.
Someone needs some remedial training in Crew Resource Management. Threats to shoot other crew members is not a valid method to discuss an issue.
There have been enough murder/suicide by pilot incidents that I don’t want my pilots having guns on them while flying.
