A new poll shows half of U.S. adults believe Israel's war in Gaza has “gone too far." The poll by The Associated Press and the NORC Center for Public Affairs Research found growing disapproval among Republicans and political independents for Israel's conduct of its military offensive in Gaza.
So exactly who are their representatives representing?
Edit: Of course that was just a rhetorical question.
The ones with money.
While money is definitely key to the size of the support in Congress, this is also an extremely rapid change. Like, outside of a few foreign policy dweebs like us, most Americans sided with Israel nearly unconditionally as recently as November.
Themselves.
Representative democracy is a farce where at best you try to find someone or a group who will maybe align with one or two of your views or at worst because they’re not someone even worse.
You’re going to get banned for antisemitism.

Just telling you what happens around here. This may be a Reddit alternative, but it has the same old wrongthink police.
I understand what you mean, but given the decreasing number of downvotes for posts / comments critical of Israel, we’ve apparently reached a point where it’s becoming acceptable.
