He will still be worth many millions, but that falls within the people worth prosecuting. Worst of all, he would have committed the gravest sin possible in America: messing with truly rich people’s money.

When Tesla stock crumbles, he won’t be rich. He will still be worth many millions, but that falls within the people worth prosecuting.
