Yeah, pretty sure it’s total consumption divided by number of inhabitants. So all the Chinese shit we (are forced to) consume is in those numbers.

Those who toy with the devil are sure to get burned, huh?
You’re right, they wouldn’t. But maybe they can be convinced with burning pitchforks.
I run my printer through a Shelly. That way, I can observe prints remotely (webcam) and kill the power, should software shutdown fail. My Shelly is also set up so that the machine cannot exceed what the PSU is rated at. That would probably not be a good enough measure for a runaway (and melting) hot end once that has started a fire, but I feel pretty calm about the thing printing while I’m at work. I check the camera every half hour or so for print issues or worse.
The thing is: Should all runaway countermeasures on the software side fail, I’d have to be able to see the molten aluminium dripping onto the bed before it’s too late. I figure it’s a risk you have to take if you use a machine that will heat to up to 300° C to melt shit for hours on end.
Steel Panther, before they jumped the shark.
I recently watched a great documentary about the Yakuza (on Arte) and apparently that ritual is increasingly considered old-fashioned among the Yakuza, or what’s left of them.
Love that guy
While that explanation of yours is helpful and comprehensible, the whole thing seems stupid to me. But then again, my 1999 Golf has none of those features and I wouldn’t want them either.
What about a VM in Windows?
He did, aged 76. Cancer.
Are you telling us that California is not the US state where conservatism, religious idiocy and xenophobia rule?
I just read about it “am Rande” so take it with a grain of salt. Afaik, there is a legal limit for the blood traces, which is too low because the majority of people will not pass even several days after smoking. Said limit is therefore unrealistic and overly restrictive, they’re currently trying to figure out a number that makes more sense and still ensures that cannabis users are not a danger to themselves or anyone. Blood alcohol restrictions are a known quantity and have been for decades, but THC not so much so far.
It’s pretty unlikely she got into the vehicle to do donuts on the front lawn. It is pretty likely she was gonna enter public roads while intoxicated behind the wheel, and I applaud her for preventing herself from doing it. Permanently.
A lot of free time is great if you’ve got the funds to make it meaningful to you. Unemployment tends to not give you a lot of headroom in that regard.
