Following the attempted assassination of former President Trump, the FBI has issued a bulletin warning law enforcement about possible "follow-on or retaliatory" attacks.
One thing that makes me a little hopeful is that there have been opportunities already for truly horrible violence from the right and when the moment has presented itself the right wingers have shied away. It seems like the leftists are more willing to be arrested just for being there. So maybe we underestimate how important it was that the brownshirts and blackshirts were veterans who had already spent years committing horrific acts of violence, and the ammosexuals will stick with talking big and only a small handful of them will ever do more than that.
