The comedy:
- He mocked Arizona attorney general for not serving him the papers in a Twitter post.
- The Arizona attorney general then served him the papers about an hour later.
- Giuliani deleted the post, but the attorney general took a screenshot and posted it along with saying that he had been served.
- This happened on Giuliani’s 80th birthday.
- At his birthday party.
